It means 'I understand what you’re talking about.'” you've forgotten that, "Tell me about it!" also still means (and I hope will always mean), "Elaborate on what you just said!" Idiomatic English is such a thorny path! Are you telling us that, by saying,

“‘Tell me about it!’ is not an invitation to give details. It means ‘I understand what you’re talking about.’”

I’d like to know how they did it." As Karla said, it is Java Script. It also uses the JW Player which you can see at the bottom of the box on the left under the words "mode quiz."
