This will be my 6th year. I'm really looking forward to it. Fortunately, in Oregon, November is usually dark and stormy. Perfect noveling weather. The best way to clear your mind and set it ready for meaningful writing is to start with what I call Morning Pages. On them I write whatever passes my mind without even minding about punctuation or spelling. Then, I go to whatever I'm writing.
