#6 &quot;Acronyms and emoticons can never replace the impact a well crafted message leaves.&quot;  How true this is. It is hard to take the current shorthand of e-mail and text messaging as serious as something that is spelled out and grammatically correct.

#7 Proof reading and taking time between each session. It is amazing the mistakes you can find when you step away a bit and then go back. Something about the forest for the trees?</description>
