First let me get my name straight. My real name is Lawrence Miller. I am a native English speaker, and a lifelong student of the English language. While English is one of the easiest languages to learn to communicate with in a basic manner, latter-day English is a language that cannot be mastered. If I can't master it, then maybe I can at least learn how to better say what I mean in English in a more succinct manner. That, as I understand it, is why we are here. Welcome on board. You are right, one thing is mastering the basics of the English to get around, another is to master all its nuances and rules to be able to communicate and write as efficiently and effectively as possible.
