Can quizzes be spelt as quiz’s as well? - because I’ve seen both being used, is it a UK/US English type difference?

As for quiz's, I don't think it is a correct version of the word.

I like where Mez is going here. While they should no be a focus, quizzes are help even experienced writers learn their weaknesses. Sometimes we don't recognize that we are flawed without testing ourselves, and quizzes tend to help point out those flaws.
