I would like to know what is the difference between these two methods of saying that something is interesting (but possibly not only interesting) for anyone. For example:

something will be of interest to me
or
something will be interesting for me
or
I will be interested in something

Which of the sentences above is wrong / correct or where do I have to use each of them / and what is the general difference of use?

Thanks very much.
Tomas.

i think 2nd and 3rd is correct.
because there 2 ways of any sentence. for example.

i am eating food. and the food is being eaten by me. hence last two sentence have same sense and are correct according to my knowledge.
excuse me if i am wrong.
