Dear friends, please explain me the difference (if any) - grammatical, stylistic or both - between because, since and for.
Examples:
They met several times, for there was much to be discussed.
Bush fired Paul O'Neil because he told the administration they shouldn't run budget deficits.
She dreaded the idea of having to take music class, since she never understood it
