I am having problems with 's.
Not as in

he is working -> he's working

but as in (please correct any mistakes)

the car belongs to Johan -> it is Johan's car
the car belongs to Johan Mares -> it is Johan Mares's car
the logo of the company -> the companies logo or the company's logo
the abundance of the sea -> the sea's abundance

I don't even know how this is called, the possessive form ? Are there any other tricky ones ? Like for words ending with x or z ?

When making a noun that ends in "y" possessive, you simply use the 's. Making company "companies" means that you are making it plural.
