The best way to improve your English writing is reading, reading, and... reading. I don't know how easy it is for you to get English literature in Korea, but what comes to mind is to read English and/or American newspapers Online, such as guardian[dot]co[dot]uk, nytimes[dot]com, washingtonpost[dot]com, etc.
