Who or Whom??

Hello, this is my first post, so please forgive me for a little ignorance.

I have a difficult time distinguishing when to use who or whom. This has been an embarrassing mental block for years, one can imagine. :o

I was wondering if every once in a while if I could post a sentence that poses the question of whether who or whom is correct? Being a new guy I wasn't sure if that would be deemed annoying, which I would certainly understand.

Or, if anyone had any great explanations that helped them I would greatly appreciate the edification. Great site by the way.
