For me I would love to have my friends around all the time, we don't get
the chance to see each other very often:( and I would like to play Tennis
but I don't have that time!
I go to college and I have this feeling that I'm waiting for something
to happen and I don't know what  I should add some activities
to my life..I'd like to participate in charity, and help people.
What would you like to do ?
My regards:)

I would like to create an institution to help poor people here in Brazil.
First I need more money though. Hopefully in the near future.

I can always use more time. Time, time time!
It sounds so simple, "Oh, Who?, you're in high school--you should have so much time!"
That's what I said, too; soon afterwards I said the same about the International Baccalaureate Programme and a bit over three years later, I can only hope that when I get home I have time to sleep. The answer? Five hours a night. And I've got other hobbies to attend to.
Luckily, this time of year is easy for seniors: I've already completed every requirement for the Programme (finally!) and now all I have to do is study for the I.B. Tests that run next month. That, and I also have to catch up on all the regular schoolwork I couldn't find time to do between all the Internal Assessments and various other papers.
This place draws a wide demographic: Parents that may read this, if your kids are approaching high school age and you think that the International Baccalaureate Programme sounds like a good way to keep them challenged throughout the last bits of their teenage years (and that forcing them into it is a wise decision), slap yourself. Sure, it looks good on college applications, but the time that must be devoted to the Programme comes out of the arguably more important social, relaxation and sleep time us growing people need; not to mention that the sheer levels of stress can't be healthy--so say all the gray hairs on a few of us unlucky students!
What I would change, then, is my mother ever hearing of the International Baccalaureate Programme. Stole from me my youth, she did!

I would like to write full time. I'm in my mid-40's, and I've put off writing for years to have a job, raise my kids, etc. I want to do what I want to do for a change!!

I put it off far longer than my 40's. Don't wait another minute, Susabelle -- now is all you have. I've found that belonging to a writers' group is a big motivator and support. If you can't find one, seek out two or three kindred spirits and start one.:)

Thanks for the encouragement, Maeve!! I want to write, and I do write every day, I just don't have huge chunks of time that I can devote to it the way I want to. I am still raising my kids, at 18, 14 and 6 I still have a long way to go! And I have to work full time to support them and my husband, who is partially disabled and only works part time.
I have been moaning about the fact that I don't have a good place to write at home. It is busy and crowded and my computer is in the dining room, which I like because of the light, but it also means I'm in the center of everything coming and going!
I wish I could have an office, where I could go and close the door. Not that they couldn't find me anyway, I suppose!

I would like to be able to quit my day job and write full time. I'm not just saying this, it's been my dream for a long time. Oh, can you imagine what it would be like? I know I can, in a thousand different ways, I just don't have enough time to write them all down.
Well, back to my LLTs.

I'd like to do more, I'm pretty lazy, haha. I'd also like to practice my trumpet/drawing/writing everyday and keep my house clean.

I would totally LOVE to quit my day job to write, but unfortunately I do have to eat and pay my bills. But maybe one fine day I can finally take time off. Oh, I can definitely imagine it, anyway.

I have been plugging away at the writing for a couple of years now.
And I find myself forcibly unemployed!
Ah, hey - it is all thanks to the credit crunch.
But it does mean I have time (whilst furiously applying for jobs) to learn and write.
I have to be honest, despite the fact I need a proper income, I will be somewhat disappointed when (if) the new job arrives.
It is a shock to the system - and just like with a normal job - if I don't feel that I have achieved in a day, it makes me mad and sometimes upset with myself.
Of course, then there is the assuming of my other half that I have done nothing all day -even though I am putting in more hours everyday than he is!
Earning whilst writing is unfortunately damned by the 50cents an article generation - and it does take time and good fortune to find decent people who will pay properly(ish) for your work.
Good luck with finding the space and time to write.

I would love to live on a coast in the British Isles. I wonder how one becomes a lighthouse keeper?
