Hello there! I'm also new here. Why don't you start to have a blog site and have your friends read your post. Ask your friends for comments or suggestions. From there you can pretty know what level you are in and improvements you can do. <3

English is my second language, too. In order to improve your writing there is one great tip: Read, read, read! Look for English/American newspapers Online and read a little bit every day. Try to get your hands on great English/American literature. The more you read the better your writing skills will be.
