Which is the right one?
Leopard run faster than lion.
or
Leopard runs faster than lion.
Or, should I write the universal-subject in a plural form?
Leopards run faster than lions.

Thanks before.

Leopards run faster than lions.
One could also say "The leopard runs faster than the lion."

As a rule of thumb, try to keep the symmetry on your sentences.
Leopards and lions.
Apples and bananas.
And so on.

And, of course, the plural of "leopard" is always going to be "leopards" ... so if there's no "s" on the end, you need a singular verb.
